The Festival calls on all of Melbourne to meet at Federation Square to help kick off the 2010 program with The Big Jam. Bring a drum, a jar, your voice or saxophone, or anything that makes a sound! Australia's much-loved trumpeter James Morrison and Irish musicians Nico Brown and Martin Brunsden will conduct a joyous mass jam that celebrates that everyone, at any time, can join in the fun of improvisation and music-making.
