Business and Development Administrator

We’re on the lookout for a Business and Development Administrator to join the Melbourne International Jazz Festival team.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Business and Development Administrator will play a key role in maintaining office resources, overseeing systems and data management, supporting ticketing and website administration, and assisting with development and stakeholder engagement activities. This position is integral to the effective delivery of the Melbourne International Jazz Festival and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Marketing Coordinator

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help deliver the 2026 Melbourne International Jazz Festival!

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting MIJF’s marketing and communications activities to help achieve box office and audience attendance targets and build the festival’s profile. This role focuses on creating and managing content, coordinating marketing collateral, and ensuring consistent brand delivery across all channels. The Marketing Coordinator contributes to audience development by researching and implementing new marketing opportunities.
