10 April, 2019
Saturday 13 April is international Record Store Day – a day when music lovers all over the world visit their local purveyor of fine vinyl, have a boogie and share the love.
In Melbourne, we’re lucky to be surrounded by dozens of temples of the black wax, and RSD is the perfect time to discover them.
With live music, hot deals on rare pressings and something to eat and drink, where else would you want to be? Plus, you’ll be supporting not only local businesses but the community of musicians and producers who fill their shelves.
And make sure you keep an eye out in store for our printed guide!
Northside Records – 9am-6pm
236 Gertrude St Fitzroy
Northside Records is throwing a party with three Melbourne acts dropping new music, DJs including some familiar faces from the MIJF line up and a visit from queen of soul, Kylie Auldist.
