A masterful performer, Harry Connick, Jr. has exemplified excellence in the entertainment world for decades — be it music, film, television or Broadway. The breadth of his talent across multiple platforms has earned him GRAMMY, Emmy and Tony recognition, and even a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Thanks to his prodigious voice, piano prowess and knack for orchestrating dynamic arrangements, Connick has sold more than 30 million albums and performed to sold-out audiences around the world, all while staying true to the rich musical traditions of his native New Orleans. Backed by his stellar band, this special performance will showcase the full range of Connick’s artistry — from jazz standards and New Orleans classics to his masterful originals and career-defining hits.
Joining this formidable line-up is one of the world’s greatest jazz guitarists Bill Frisell, renowned for his deeply lyrical playing, extraordinary versatility and creative vision. Beloved homegrown talent, Emma Donovan unleashes her brand-new show Take Me to the River — a powerful tribute to the timeless sounds of soul icons Sam Cooke, Al Green, Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding and more. Plus, multi-award-winning soul sensation Ngaiire and acclaimed jazz pianist, Paul Grabowsky AO, in a special collaboration: A Bird is Not a Bird That Cannot Sing — showcasing their powerful musical chemistry.
