MIJF Career Development Panel: Surviving & Thriving

The music industry is a wonderful place to be and work, but it’s not without its challenges. This panel discusses issues of mental health and well being in the music industry and how artists can stay creatively vibrant – and healthy – when the industry and world around us is constantly changing. Please note, registrations are essential.

Facilitated by musician and arts worker Holly Norman –– the panel invites Xani Kolac (independent artist and activist), Luke O’Connor (Industry Relations and Partnership Manager at Support Act), Tracy Margieson (Head of Program at the Arts and Wellbeing Collective), and psychologist Chris Cheers to talk all things music, mental health and wellbeing.

Presented in association with APRA AMCOS and Arts Centre Melbourne.
