Discover Moonee Valley’s soundscapes on “listening walks” led by landscape architect and acoustic ecologist Anthony Magen.
Tune into the unique rhythms of Melbourne’s west and uncover the rich layers of sound that shape the landscape — from birdsong across the lake and rustling grasses to distant traffic, community activity and the everyday melodies of the neighbourhood. This immersive aural adventure invites you to slow down, listen deeply and experience Moonee Valley through a fresh acoustic lens.
Please note these are walking events. Appropriate footwear and weather protection are highly recommended.
